Very Bad experience. .Would never stay or recommend

Location

It was a very unclean and un maintained room. The room we were placed initially had smell, mold and ripped off bathroom counter and flooring with big stains. Beds were shaky and uncomfortable No kettle or ironing board in the room No tea coffee or water in the room. Rusty faucets and metal furnishings. In the evening ; I decided to go and request them for room change and they said they did not have Triple room and I was offered another room with two queen sized beds which was little better.Still No comfortable power outlets . Several calls had to be made for fixing internet that went down several times in a day. The exhaust fan of bathroom was not working and the AC temperature control had no effect on the set temperature. It was bad value for money and would never ever stay on it or recommend it. Also this hotel has been over rated on internet.

I reached the hotel with my wife by around 2 am.

I reached the hotel with my wife by around 2 am..staff named iqbal was at the counter and he straight away said that 2 nationalities are not allowed at the hotel instead of asking poliyely if we are married or not.my wife is a filipino amd am an indian.we send our marriage certificate to the hotels email. And then we had a guest with us.my wifes sister visited us that time..and mr iqbal called us over tge telephone and said straight away that "who is that third person? Its not allowed for more than two there." I said its her sister and she lives in dubai..she will leave shortly. Aftr 15 minutes he again called us and said that the neighbours are complaining and the third person should leave the place immediately. Is this for real?? I have never faced a very bad customer service.I call it the worst i ever has experienced. Unbelievable.. how can he say that when we dont make any noice and how can he ask her to leave the place immediately ?? Is that how we should be treated. Finally i went down to the reception and complained there to another person over there..he didnt care at all...all what he is saying that i need to pay for the third person..funny..i wanted to check out the same time even before 1 hour of check in..they said that it wont be refundalble.finally i had to pay another 120 dhs and let her stay in the hotel. Never again to this hotel and will not recommend anyone about this worst hotel.

negative point as per activity list at website there is sauna is available but the actual is not there and for your information the sauna is one of reasons that we booked the hotel.

My stay was pleasant, devoid of the slight discomforts mentioned above.

The location was good enough. It takes less than five (5) minutes of brisk walk to get to Al Rigga metro station. Several eateries and provision stores are available around the streets surrounding the hotel. The hotel staff (reception desk, bell boy, cleaners, etc) were quite polite and ready to give useful advise when approached.

My room had a cigarette stench for a number of days when I newly arrived. I complained about it, but sadly nothing could be done to remove the odour for several days. The window in the room we used also leaked while it rained. I suppose such rain as we experienced during our stay is rather unusual, so the hotel management may not have been privvy to such complaint in the past. However, I reported the incident to the cleaners to further escalate to the hotel's management.

Very dirty in room carpet. Shower overflows into the bathroom. Nightclub music boomed into my 3rd floor room till morning.

Breakfast had the right menu to get you through the day. Toilet accessories were all there as needed. The metro station was very near. It was a perfect count of your money.

It was nice for staying alone.

It was close to Rigga metro station, and had access to almost all 4 corners of the Rigga road. Close to my work location. Had a nice and cooperative staff, and service was prompt.

The rooms were a little smelly, the corridor was dark and close, and due to carpeted vicinity, I felt a bit hygiene concerned. There was no complimentary tea in the room, whereas other hotels offer this in such price.

Not a lot.

After I checked in and went to room found room very cold. Window lock didn’t work. Also few bugs were crawling around. My second night 2 am in the morning I had a leaking roof. So had to call maintenance. When I spoke to reception when I left they didn’t care and laughed at me for asking for some sort of compensation. Really is a terrible hotel one I will not be returning to.
